NotesI saw this mailer for Loyola University of Maryland over on Design Work Life. I love how eye catching this is and how it’s printed on newsprint. I think a lot of people don’t utilize the material as much as they could. It’s super cheap and if they’re something really awesome on it people will definitely create a longer life for the product. In New York Show Paper is a great project which collects indie rock concerts happening in the coming weeks and pairs it with large (about 18x24) sized prints of work by current illustrators and comic book artists. It’s an easy way to get great design and art to the masses. To give them a bit of a taste.
160/90 did a great job with this. Even if I wasn’t interested in the college I’d keep the mailer because it’s just a great looking piece to have around.
